Mother’s Day is coming up on Sunday, May 12th this year, and we couldn’t be more excited to honor all the great cat moms out there.

We at CatsTip would like to wish you a Happy Mother’s Day, especially to all of you human cat moms out there. You deserve special thanks for giving your kitty a home with lots of motherly love.
We also want to thank the shelter and rescue workers who do so much for the mother cats who end up in their care. It’s not easy to make sure mama cats and their kittens stay healthy, but volunteers do it every day.
Of course, as cute as mama cats and kittens are, it’s important to remember to have your female cat spayed. It’ll help her avoid a lot of health issues, prevent male cats from constantly bothering her, and ensure you don’t bring any more kittens into the world who will contribute to crowded shelters and pet overpopulation.
